You know a property that's for sale — a neighbour, an acquaintance, a sign on a gate, a chat at the corner shop? Send the lead through our messenger. If the sale closes, we pay you 1,500,000 guaraníes (≈ 200 USD) — directly to you, no chain, no hierarchy.

How it works

Submit the lead
Open WhatsApp or Telegram and send the property info — address, owner contact, ballpark price, ideally a photo. You receive a unique referral ID for your records.

We verify + market
We contact the owner, verify the substance and — if it fits — add the property to our portfolio. You can request the status via messenger at any time.

Sale + payout
When the deal closes at the notary, we transfer 1,500,000 ₲ directly to you. Payout in guaraníes to a Paraguayan account, USD/EUR to a foreign account possible.
How we document leads
Every lead gets a unique number in messenger. That number travels with the property through checks, marketing, negotiation and the notary appointment. It is therefore always traceable who provided the lead. Payout goes only to the number registered first — duplicate leads on the same property are technically excluded.
